Upcoming Projects

Wakefield-Lynnfield Rail Trail. The rail trail is a 4.4 mile shared use path along a former rail corridor, beginning at the Main Street/Bennett Street intersection in Wakefield and extending north through Lynnfield to the Peabody line.  To date, Wakefield has completed resurfacing of the town's right-of-way and installation of ADA-compliant intersection crossings.  Link to the Rail Trail Project.
